Complication N°01
Malolactic fermentation gives a delayed aromatic expression: the nose is discreet on opening and gains complexity with aeration. A cuvée that gives itself up in stages.

Tasting notes
A fine nose, lightly spiced and pastry-like. The malolactic signature is immediately recognisable in its soft, creamy character, which grows more complex with aeration on brioche, flowers and cereal.
A creamy, smooth attack, the signature of malolactic fermentation. A remarkable balance between alcohol, creaminess and tension. Notes of pear and madeleine on the mid-palate.
A persistent, structured finish with a dynamic saline length. The hold is long, at once supple and taut. Theme: Intimate.
