Tasting notes
A clear freshness led by floral and fruit notes: jasmine, white peach. The agreement between nose and palate is immediately apparent.
A round, smooth attack, followed by an acidity and a verticality that give structure to the mid-palate. Notes of patisserie and tarte tatin. Vanilla from the American oak adds depth, measured so as not to cover the ex-Bourbon character.
A saline, vertical length, oak perfectly integrated, a coherent progression from top to base. A long, generous finish, carried by the pastry character of American oak without ever masking the malted barley. Theme: Brightness.
